About Us

Coddiwomple was conceived and created by award-winning theatre-maker Sheree Vickers with the aim of bringing her vast experience as a leader in participatory theatre, and skills as a former street performer together to:
-
Create work that entertains, questions, and connects - championing the theatrical experience and challenging expectations of what theatre is and can be.
-
Reimagine traditional theatre spaces and seek out unique and surprising locations for performances and theatre activity.
-
Train and inspire the next generation of artists.
-
Advocate for theatre participation as an essential part of a vibrant, inclusive society.

Coddiwomple is working to joyously rediscover and advocate for the role of theatre in the 21st Century.
